  • We are currently in-network with most Aetna, Anthem, Carefirst, Cigna, Humana, Sentara, and United Healthcare PPO plans, HMO plans, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare DC and Railroad Medicare, as well as Multiplan.
  • We are a non-network Tricare Certified Provider and accept Tricare Select, Tricare Standard, and Tricare for Life, but not Tricare Prime.
  • We do not take any Medicaid or community based plans.
  • For HMO plans, please make sure you have an active referral from your primary care provider.
  • We also offer affordable self-pay prices for those who are out-of-network or are self-insured.

Credit Card on File Policy 

Regardless of insurance coverage, all patients are required to have a valid credit card on file. Credit cards are securely stored in your electronic medical record and card numbers are not visible to staff.  At check in, your credit card information will be obtained and kept securely.

We allow your insurance company to process your claim and if they determine an outstanding patient balance we send you two bills and allow you 90 days to pay your bill. Only then, if your bill goes unpaid is the credit card charged for the outstanding balance. Your ability to dispute a charge or question your insurance company’s determination of payment will remain unchanged.

Directions

  • Driving: We are easily accessible off of I-95, I-395, I-495, Fairfax County Parkway (Route 123), and Route 1. We are located in Lorton, VA 
    • 15 minute drive: Burke, Franconia, Mt. Vernon, Springfield, and Woodbridge. 
    • 30 minute drive: Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington, Centerville, Dunn-Loring, Fairfax, Falls Church, Mclean, Merrifield, Tysons, and Washington DC.
  • Public Transportation:
    • We are located in the same parking lot as the Lorton Virginia Railway Express (VRE) Station. 
    • Fairfax Connector 371, 372, 373, 171, 305, and 494 all stop in the same parking lot as our office.
    • The closest metro station to our office is Franconia-Springfield Metro Station which is a 12 minute ride-share from our office.
